Drinking water or minerals is something that must be accustomed. Our body needs at least 2 liters of water intake per day. But sometimes for some people drinking lots of mineral water is difficult especially if you don't like the taste tasteless.

Lack of water in the body can cause dehydration and fatigue. Therefore let's peek tips so diligently drinking water.

1. Drink water before and after eating
Drinking half a glass of water before meals can help keep the digestive system running smoothly and so that we don't choke on food. Now if we are on a diet drinking a glass of water before eating so that we eat less than usual.

2. Storing drinking water in the room
Most people don't drink much water because they don't remember. So that we remember to drink water, save a glass of water in our room. That way when we wake up we see water then accustomed to drinking after waking up.
